I cannot explain the impact that Pilates has made on my life! Ever since I started going to Cara’s Pilates classes her warm and friendly attitude makes classes so enjoyable (even while amazingly challenging) and a must in my week to be there! She is incredible at what she does and an even more incredible person! Cannot recommend Cara’s pilates classes, at any level, enough!

Luxury meets lifestyle. One of our favorite locations. Everyone knows our name and is so friendly and inviting. We have had amazing success with our trainer Brandon Martinez! Highly recommend as he works your program from nutrition to training to maintaining! The class selection is always on pulse with what’s new but also keeps the classics that just work! Instructors have the energy and guidance you need! The cafe is always phenomenal with delicious food/shake options but also excellent supplements. 10/10 would highly recommend! Brendia, Stephanie, Martha, and team are so friendly and helpful! Stacy, Amy, Trenice-take their classes if you want a fun challenge with results! Jeff the GM- great job on the club staying top notch.

This is an amazing gym. They offer many varieties of group fitness classes as well as loads of equipment, you never have to wait in line to use the treadmill, bike, elliptical or stair stepper. They offer a wide variety of yoga and Pilates classes too. The sauna, steam room and hot tub are added bonuses as well as the hydro massage! I also take advantage of the power plate, they offer so much with your membership that other gyms add on for!

Nice gym. Kinda hard to get to. Never really crowded compared to other Lifetimes. Super nice staff. Generally nice clientele (compared to Plano and nasty Garland). The locker rooms are upgraded and the nicest I’ve seen at any lifetime
